We always achieve the best possible result because we design tailor-made plants, i.e., specifically designed and configured to solve each specific problem, and we are able to treat even particularly complicated wastewater.
Our range of products is made of two categories: the "Heat Pump" powered evaporators and the "Thermal Energy" evaporators.
"Heat Pump" evaporators and concentrators use electricity as source of power, while "Thermal Energy" evaporators and concentrators use hot water or steam usually already available inside factories.
According to the volume of wastewater to be treated, we can design mono-effect, double-effect or triple-effect evaporators.
The great advantages of our machines is their ability to drastically reduce the volume of the wastewater to be discharged or sent to the waste collector plant: this means a huge saving on costs of discharge, as well as an important benefit for the environment.
Our evaporators have an unique feature, which makes them better than competitors. In fact, we do not use standard heat-exchangers (which causes typical troubles with encrusting and scaling) but an innovative heat-exchangers made of immersed parallel plates. Beside, it is possible to access the boiling chamber simply by opening a door with a quick mechanism. So we have created a "Easy Cleaning" system, which avoid the usual maintenance problems of vacuum evaporators, with the guarantee of a smooth and long-lasting operation.
