In fact, we do not use standard heat-exchangers (which causes typical troubles with encrusting and scaling) but an innovative heat-exchangers made of immersed parallel plates. Beside, it is possible to access the boiling chamber simply by opening a door with a quick mechanism. So we have created a "Easy Cleaning" system, which avoid the usual maintenance problems of vacuum evaporators, with the guarantee of a smooth and long-lasting operation.
